The Mythic Tarot
This best-selling deck is outstandingly pretty. Based on Ancient Greek mythology, each suit tells the story of a different Greek hero.
If you mean to use the deck the way the author intended, however, this is really a beginner's deck rather than one for the experienced user. It is intended to have no reverse meanings, and each card simply has the meaning it would have upright in a traditional deck. This in effect halves the deck's vocabulary, and makes it quite difficult to get a bad reading.
It's a good deck for the nervous neo, however: and of course it's perfectly possible to use it with the full range of upright and reverse meanings seen in other more traditional decks.
