Erected by Andrew Paterson Reid in memory of Jane Stewart Glassel Campbell his wife who died at Clachan House 13th August 1860 aged 40 years Here Laid Is Peace also sacred to the memory of Jane Austin his wife died 22nd June 1878 aged -4 year To Her To Die Was-------- Andrew Paterson Reid born 18th Sept 1810 died 7th Augt 1886 also Jane Taylor Johnstone his wife born 13th August 1825 died 7th October 1896 "Till He Come"
