This advert from the handbook shows just how far the world has come in the last thirty years. A 1950's style promotion which was already 20 years out of date at the time would simply not cut it today. You almost expect the man in the picture to be holding a ciggarette in his free hand. It is understood from Halex that that they wanted to reintroduce this advert although the model Mr D Manogue was not up to recreating this vision of style and sophistication.
