I currently work as a computer-based illustrator and graphic designer,
based in the north-east of Scotland.
I trained as an illustrator at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art,
gaining a Bachelor of Design (First Class Honours) in 1993
and the Master of Design degree in 1994.
The work presented here is the latest in an ongoing personal project
which has been developing for many years.
Current hardware is a Macintosh G4 733 and a MacBook Pro;
images made in Photoshop CS.
Original photographs are taken on Canon EOS 400D, Fuji FinePix S9500,
, Nikon F401 and Bronica SQ 6x6 cameras.
The scanned parts of the images are made on an Epson Perfection
2400 Photo flatbed scanner or a Nikon Coolscan.
Original material includes positive colour film,
negative black and white film, drawings, collages or found objects.
