 Ever since HG Wells wrote his famous novel War of the Worlds, about the conquest of Earth, by Mars, people have speculated to the existence of life, intelligent life, living on the Martian surface: and I don't mean little green men! I'm about to take philosophy to the very periphery and go farther. I'll suggest intelligent life lives below the Martian surface.
