It's easy to consider these a blood thirsty, primordial tribe with intensions of sacrafice, worship and blood-lust on their minds. Mainly because scientists have drawn similarities with other cultures; the Incas and Egyptians. But just how true is it? The chances are, not very true at all. |

 There is very little evidence to justify archeologists claims that Stonehenge was a place of ritual, other than hypothesis. The stone circle itself holds no data: Why? If we consider other ancient stone work of the time, pyramids in particular, we see a carefully thought out legacy of events, so why nothing at stonehenge. The stones themselves remain free of carvings. |

 Maybe it's the lack of any markings which holds the key to the mtstery of stonehenge. If they people of ancient Briton decided not to adorn the standing stones with pictorial images, they did so for a reason. The reason being, the stones themselves were unimportant in the matrix of it all. Maybe it's time to think a touch more laterally.
