Hi, I'm Alexander (Zander) Blair. I live in North Yorkshire, England.

I'm 14 years old and I love listening to and composing music. I have been playing guitar for about 4 years, and I decided that I would create my own site so that my music is available for anyone to listen to.

I'm influenced by many different genres, like jazz, blues and mainly rock. My favourite artists are Steve Vai and Joe Satriani, two rock orientated guitarists. If you haven't heard any of their music before, 'Steve Vai : An Anthology' and 'Electric Joe Satriani : An Anthology' are both excellent albums, that you can purchase for about £10. I also enjoy listening to Eric Johnson, Yngwie Malmsteen (his technical ability is astounding)and Jimi Hendrix.

I have recently been trying to start up a band with people roughly my age, in the same area. I am currently looking for a bassist, another guitarist and possibly a drummer . Anybody who is interested should click on 'band' for more information.
