6.00 p.m. - 6.40 p.m. Meet at 8, Dukesbury House, The Goffs, Eastbourne, home of Ann & Derek Chapman. Car parking available.
6.40 p.m. Travel a short distance to East Dean Village [with easy access to car park].
7.00. p.m. Meet as a group at Grimaldi's restaurant.

Saturday 14th September 2002

St. Mary's Church, in the 'Old Parsonage' Hall [within walking distance of Safeways car park]
10.00 a.m. Refreshments
10.30 a.m. Annual General Meeting followed by exchange of Family History information.
1.00 p.m. Lunch in the Hall, tea & coffee in the garden, if fine.
2.15 p.m. approx. Video and talk about one branch of the RELF family in Eastbourne
3.00 p.m. Guided tour of St. Mary's Church, as a group (no cost just a voluntary donation)
3.30 p.m. Group photograph, at the former RELF family house nearby (just opposite the Church)
4.00 p.m. Tea and cakes, back in the Hall (there is a wedding in the Church at this time)
4.30 p.m. approx. Farewell.
