Last January David recorded a new documentary series to celebrate the 500th Anniversary of Henry VIII's coronation. He is playing the real-life figure of George Cavendish, Cardinal Wolsey's secretary. The series is produced by RedhouseDOX productions; it is directed by David Sington who directed the award winning series "In the Shadow of the Moon". It is presented by television historian David Starkey and focuses on dispelling the myths of Henry by dissecting facts purely from primary source material. It is accompanied by a new exhibition at the British Library.
