The Chief Planning Officer, Kieran Howarth, who (with the Chair and Vice of the PDC) visited my house and the petrol station to view the problems, and by the suggestion of the planting of mature trees and shrubbery subsequently persuaded the PDC to approve his recommendation, departed from Trafford MBC in May, and has since registered his own Planning Consultancy Company.
