During the second half of 2007 three of One Railway's class 156s units received branding promoting the local Community Rail Partnerships.

156407 : Wherry Lines
156417 : Bittern Line
156422 : East Suffolk Lines

The branding was applied on top of the existing 'one' livery.

The units had been given an interior upgrade with new seat covers and carpets. The tables tops also feature promotional graphics.

Funding towards the interior work on the class 156 fleet had come from Norfolk and Suffolk County Councils, as well as Chapelfield Shopping Centre which sponsored unit 156402.

Since the change of name from 'One Railway' to 'National Express East Anglia', there have been detail changes to the livery.


156.407 - Wherry Lines
	One Railway's 156407 was branded to promote 'the Wherry Lines' from Norwich to Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. It was launched on Wednesday 25th July 2007 at Great Yarmouth and is seen here at Berney Arms on the way back to Norwich after the ceremony. Photo: Top Can [One press release]. [Wherry Lines CRP website]. 156407 was the only one of the trio to have the route emblem on the front ends in full 'one' livery.

	The left-hand side of each car has 'Ride the Wherry Lines' in large white lettering, plus the line's emblem at the inner end.

The right-hand side has 'www.wherrylines.org.uk' lettering with the Norfolk County Council logo at the inner end.

The rainbow stripes were painted out at the end of May 2008, and in September National Express branding was applied, on white waist stripes.

At the inner ends of each vehicle, The 'East Anglia' sub brand is applied in silver lettering directly on to the bodyside.

The Norfolk CC emblem, and Wherry Lines emblems have faded over the past year.


156.417 - Bittern Line
156417 was branded to celebrate 10 years of the 'Bittern Line' Community Rail Partnership on the Norwich to Cromer and Sheringham route. It was launched on Friday 29th of June 2007. [One press release]. [Bittern Line CRP website].

The left-hand side of each car has 'The Bittern Line' in large bold white lettering, plus the line's emblem at the inner end.

	The position of the Norfolk County Council logo on 156417, differing slightly to 407.
The rainbow stripes were painted out mid July 2008, and the "10th Anniversary 2007" lettering was also removed from the right hand sides at this time. In September 2008 revised lettering was applied to both sides, together with white waist stripes featuring National Express branding. Bittern Line emblems were also applied to the cab fronts Below, 156417 is seen at Norwich on 15 October 2008.

	At the inner ends, short white waist stripes with 'East Anglia' in silver lettering. The diagonal cut of the stripe matches the the stripe at the cab ends.


156.422 - East Suffolk Lines 156422 had 'East Suffolk Lines' promotional branding applied to it's one livery at Crown Point depot on 16th November 2007. The official launch was on Monday 3rd December 2007, with a VIP trip from Ipswich to Felixstowe and back. [One press release]. [East Suffolk Line CRP website]. [suffolkonboard.com].
