Gerry's background in teaching and setting up a small business makes him ideal as a guest speaker for college students on being an entreprenneur. He presents a lively and enthusiastic session using magic to illustrate how to set up and run a small business including developing an idea, marketing, advertising and record keeping. He also has presented an entertaining and lively lecture, again using magic, to students on Personal Finance.

Gerry will demonstrate some of the quirky and fascinating items he has used in his Science Magic and Maths Shows.

 2012 Gerry gave his first talk to further education students at Pontypool College on self employment and entreprenneurship. Described as highly motivational the talk was illustrated by examples of his various entertainments and covers getting started, paperwork, building a business etc all presented in a hugely entertaining way.
