George's Fresher's Fayre (October 07)
A great time was had by us chatting to everyone at St George's on the 1st October at the Fresher's Fayre. A large number of people were interested in what Self Defence & Kenpo Karate had to offer. Its always surprising to see how little people appreciate personal safety and their were plenty of students wishing to sign up.
Thanks go to Mr Pat Hunt and James Forsyth for their help on the day. Sorry James I have not got a picture of you to put on the site.....ooops.
  
Wandsworth Council 2 Day Self Defence (August 07)
Adam Winkler & Suzanne McKay would like to thank Wandsworth Council for the opportunity to teach personal safety issues over a two day course.
The event was a great success and everyone enjoyed it.
Live Web Chat with Bliss Magazine (5th May 06)
On Thursday Adam Winkler presented a 'Live Web Chat' from central London and the office of Bliss Magazine (blissmag.co..uk)
This was great fun and atleast fifty people were on-line to discuss questions relating to personal safety and Kenpo Karate.
As usual Adam tried his best with his typing skills and just about managed to keep up, good fun for everyone.

Classes (5th April 06)
Tooting saw two short classes in personal safety and self defence -
Wandsworth Council (Tooting Hub) invited Adam Winkler to run two classes (one hour each) for local youngsters during their Easter break.
To keep the class brief but with a fun approach Adam asked everyone to tryout some fun games relating to personal safety, a few jumps and running skills along with kicking and punch training on bags. Everyone was surprisingly good infact some knew exactly what to do.
A few serious points regarding 'The Law' and the group were back to fun and games, ending with a serious look at a video regarding safety.
Each youngster was given a DVD & CD as well as support notes. As usual anyone that attended the class was given a certificate at the close.
